The Hydration Station carries a 1 year parts and labor warranty.
The Hydration Station pump is warrantied for 2 years. All
warranty service of the patented Hydration Station is performed
at our factory in Sugar Land, TX, a suburb of Houston, TX. The
customer must ship the Hydration Station to our factory freight
pre-paid. WissTech Enterprises will return the machine freight
pre-paid. Warranty service is rare in our shop, so when we
have a request for warranty service, we expedite the work for
quick shipment. We prioritize warranty service for first-in,
first-out so our customers' Hydrations Stations are promptly
returned to them.

Service. You must receive a Returned Merchandise
Authorization number (RMA) prior to shipping the machine.
