The Hydration Station carries a 1 year parts and
labor warranty. All warranty service of the
patented Hydration Station is performed at our
factory in Needville, TX, a suburb of Houston,
TX. The customer must ship the Hydration
Station to our factory freight pre-paid. WissTech
Enterprises will return the machine freight
pre-paid. Warranty service is rare in our shop,
so when we receive a request for warranty
service, we expedite the work for quick
shipment. We prioritize warranty service for
first-in, first-out so our customers' Hydrations
Stations are promptly returned to them.
