Wisstech Enterprises’ products are warrantied to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Within this period, Wisstech Enterprises will, at its sole option, repair or replace any component(s) that fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor. New and/or reconditioned parts may be used in warranty repairs. This warranty does not apply to: (i) cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks and dents; (ii) consumable parts, such as batteries, unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (iii) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes; (iv) damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorized service provider of Wisstech Enterprises; or (v) damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the written permission of Wisstech Enterprises. In addition, Wisstech Enterprises reserves the right to refuse warranty claims against products or services that are obtained and/or used in contravention of the laws of any country. Warranty repairs extend original factory warranty for the remainder of the warranty period, or sixty (60) days, whichever is longer. Repair or replacement of this product, or components, at Wisstech Enterprises’ option is your exclusive remedy.
For any remedy under this warranty, Wisstech Enterprises is to be notified. To receive assistance or service under this warranty, be prepared with a description of the problem, model number, purchaser contact information, and date of purchase. Have proof of purchase and be prepared to return the product for inspection if requested.

Limitations and Exclusions
12V BATTERIES ARE EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY.
WISSTECH ENTERPRISES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR OTHER DAMAGES OR LOSSES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
INCIDENTAL AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING DOWNTIME, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ASSERTED, INCLUDING ANY CLAIM OR BREACH OF WARRANTY HEREUNDER OR ANY OTHER CAUSE, AND WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT OR IN TORT (including negligence and strict liability).
Wisstech Enterprises reserves the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time. This warranty gives specific legal rights, and other rights, which may vary from state to state. For those states that do not allow limitations or exclusions of incidental or consequential damages, the above limitations or exclusions may not apply.
Returns
Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. Products placed in use are NOT eligible for return. Obvious signs of use, abuse, damage, dirt, marred, water spotted, or other signs of use, voids the ability to return the product. Customers are responsible for proper packaging and transportation charges. All machines must be returned intact, and all additional parts such as chargers, hardware and parts included for assembly by the end-user, must be returned with the product. Customer is responsible for damages in shipping. Please contact Wisstech Enterprises for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, and shipping instructions. The product must be returned within 7 days of RMA number issuance for refund. Refunds are issued after the product is received in our factory and inspected. Refunds are issued minus original shipping and handling charges.
Jurisdiction
This Limited Warranty will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to Texas' conflict of law rules. Any litigation between Wisstech Enterprises and YOU or YOUR heirs, representatives, or assigns shall be filed before a court of competent jurisdiction and venue in Fort Bend County in the State of Texas. YOU HEREBY CONSENT TO THE IN PERSONAM JURISDICTION AND VENUE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS COURTS, AND THAT SERVICE OF THE PROCESS MAY BE MADE UPON YOU AS PROVIDED BY STATE OF TEXAS LAW.
